Fortunately they are both the same thing! Oprah may have made the term "Nose Bidet" famous when she invited a member of her audience to the stage and invited her to try out the Nose Bidet with Dr. Oz.
Now the tricky thing is that people are having trouble finding the Nose Bidet because of spelling. Let's be honest, for most of us in North America, we are not users of bidets.
I found that there are lots of mispellings of the word bidet which can make it difficult for people to find what they are looking for. (hint, just call it a Neti Pot!)
